Chinese BBQ pork tenderloin with hoisin, honey, five spice, chilies, garlic, and ginger served with bacon, cheddar, and scallion mashed potatoes, and grilled chile broccolini 

Local Lamb Shepherd's Pie   
Local ground lamb and gravy over bacon, cheddar, and scallion mashed potatoes with roasted cipollini onions, corn, carrots and peas 
 
Garden Vegetable Pangritata 
Organic whole wheat spaghetti tossed with garlic scape pesto and pecorino romano topped with roasted tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, corn, onion and bell pepper finished with pangritata- a zesty garlic herb toasted bread crumb 

Shrimp Succotash & Polenta  
Grilled jumbo shrimp skewer, summer corn-and white bean succotash with tomatoes and pancetta, served over rosemary polenta 

Garlic Chicken Stir-fry  
Local chicken, mushrooms, broccolini, bell pepper, baby corn, zucchini, summer squash, and sugar snap peas tossed in a sesame garlic tamari sauce and served over pineapple sticky rice
