Sometimes, we have too much fun in the kitchen.
(Ok, that's not true- you can never have too much fun in the kitchen!)
Recently, we've started playing around with making our own spun sugar, which has now become a super-cool-looking cheesecake topping!
So now you have a perfect excuse to get a slice of Turtle Cheesecake for dessert; you've got to try out our new spun sugar topping!
(As if you really needed an excuse for cheesecake...)

Steak Frites, whose name literally means "steak fries" in French, is a common dish in Europe, and, well, what's not to love about it?
Steak and fries and Gorgonzola butter with black garlic aioli to bring everything together.
A combination of dinner delicious no one should miss out on!

The weekend brings brunch specials, and with this time of year, when fresh veggies abound at farmer's markets, it only makes sense to concoct delicious, veggie-filled dishes, like our
Farmer's Market Benny.
Poached eggs atop fresh summer squashes and grated carrots and topped with a delicious pesto hollandaise... oh yeah. That's the good stuff right there!
