House-smoked duck breast, house bbq sauce, mango, roasted poblano, caramelized onions, fresh cilantro, and jack cheese, in a large griddled flour tortilla

Smoked trout fillet, lemon dill yogurt sauce, crisp sliced cucumber, on your choice of bread  

Barbecue Duck Quesadilla 
House-smoked duck breast, house bbq sauce, mango, roasted poblano, caramelized onions, fresh cilantro, and jack cheese, in a large griddled flour tortilla  

Apple and Brie Panini
