Local all-natural London broil steak from Pine Tree Poultry New Sharon, cast iron seared with whole garlic cloves, fresh rosemary sprig, natural jus, Porter Hill Purple Peruvian fingerlings
Brick Chicken 
A natural fresh local Pine Tree Poultry chicken breast pan seared under a brick, beet risotto, blood orange molasses, roasted kabocha squash, with p umpkin seed romesco, and crumbled cotija  


Lamb Korma

Tender North Star Farm lamb, sumptuous yogurt cashew curry, saffron rice, cucumber mint raita
Pan Seared Scallops
Fresh sea scallops, shaved fennel, blood orange, imported olive medley, pumpkin seed romesco, radicchio, endive, and crumbled cotija cheese
Vegan Shepherd's Pie 
A hearty vegetable casserole with lentils, chickpeas, meaty mushroom, local root vegetables, Yukon golds, and yams with a zesty herb bread crumb topping

Beetroot Falafel and House Pitas 



House chickpea and Beacham Farm beetroot falafel, green tahini dip, kohlarabi-kale slaw, and house pitas
Local Chicken and Farro Bowl
Organic farro, house black beans, roasted Beacham Farm kabocha squash and brussels sprouts with local Pine Tree Poultry all natural chicken topped with fresh local apple salsa

Kimchi and Pork Belly Reuben 

House Kimchi, Pineland Farms braised pork belly, sriracha mayo, and Cabot sharp cheddar pressed and on grilled ciabatta

Large house made spicy chicken empanada made with all  natural local chicken from Pine Tree Poultry in New Sharon. Served with saffron rice, and black beans

Lemon & Blueberry Crepes
Dona's homemade crepes, Maine stuffed with tart lemon curd and crowned with a blueberry compote, an extra special treat  
Mushroom, Kale & Sausage Strata
An abandoned loaf of bread, kale leaves that didn't make it into a salad tossed into a casserole with herbs, mushroom, sausage, Swiss cheese & goat cheese with beaten egg melded in the fridge overnight then baked for you this morning. Enjoy!    

Corned Beef Hash Omelette     
Our 3 egg omelette stuffed with house made corn beef hash and garnished with a spicy ketchup served with toast  
Florentine Benedict    
English muffin topped with spinach, tomato, and cheddar cheese finished with pesto sauce, served with homefries

Belgium Waffle     
Our waffle topped with bananas, sauteed in butter, brown sugar and rum, served with vanilla ice cream. Decadent!
