This week, we share with you a complex dish that wonderfully combines healthy and delicious into one magical bowl of YUM!
It's another one of our Winter Menu dishes that feature local meats, and it brings much more than just that to the table... with forbidden black rice, pineapple gochujang sauce, in-house-pickled mango salad, and more, it's not only super nutritious, but oh-so-flavorful and interesting, as well.
