Korean BBQ Beef Bulgogi Bowl
This week, we share with you a complex dish that wonderfully combines healthy and delicious into one magical bowl of YUM! 

It's another one of our Winter Menu dishes that feature local meats, and it brings much more than just that to the table... with forbidden black rice, pineapple gochujang sauce, in-house-pickled mango salad, and more, it's not only super nutritious, but oh-so-flavorful and interesting, as well.

Kung Pao Shrimp with Rice Noodles
Jumbo shrimp stir-fried with ginger, onion, bell pepper, bird's eye chilies, bean sprouts and roasted peanuts in a sweet sesame soy sauce tossed with rice noodles

Damariscotta oysters, pomegranate mignonette, house cocktail sauce
 
Winter Citrus Salad
Blood orange, pummelo, pink grapefruit, pomegranate, cacao nibs, radicchio, arugula, frisee, crumbled cotija, and honey poppy seed dressing

House made kimchi, hardwood smoked pork belly, farm egg, nori, scallions, sesame seeds
 
 Falafel Wrap
Harissa, chickpea and quinoa falafel, tzatziki sauce, marinated tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, shredded romaine lettuce rolled in a large flour tortilla
 
Winter Citrus Salad
Blood orange, pink grapefruit, pomegranate, cacao nibs, frisee, radicchio, arugula, crumbled cotija and honey poppy dressing

Oysters on the Half Shell
Damariscotta oysters, fennel-blood orange vinaigrette, house cocktail sauce 
 
Southern Chicken Sandwich
Panko chicken breast, pimento cheese, bacon bourbon jam, crispy onion straws, avocado, and lemony arugula on grilled brioche

Pomodoro e Burrata Bruschetta
Juicy plum tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, aged balsamic vinegar, shredded burrata, and parmigiana on grilled bread

California Omelette
Our three egg omelette stuffed with sundried tomatoes and swiss cheese. Served over our multi-grain toast, embellished with arugula, grilled corn, bacon, and avocado. Finished with a lemon tahini dressing and served next to homefries    

Shakshuka
A middle Eastern dish with eggs poached in a spicy tomato sauce, with grilled onions, peppers and topped with feta cheese. Finished with cilantro and served with your choice of toast 
 
Old Fashion Baked Oatmeal
Old fashioned rolled oats, baked with raisins, walnuts, and apples in a cinnamon custard  

Turkish Quinoa Breakfast Bowl 
A quinoa breakfast bowl with a Turkish twist. A heart bowl filled with quinoa, poached eggs and tomato pesto. Topped with spinach, avocado and toasted sesame seed butter sauce
 
Country Eggs Benedict
English muffin, topped with spinach, poached eggs, and our sausage gravy. Served next to homefries
