It summertime and that means it's time for some new salads!
First, we have a steakhouse classic, the Wedge Salad. Quarters of crisp, refreshing iceberg lettuce heads topped with a house made bleu cheese dressing, gorgonzola, bacon, cherry tomatoes, and chives. Simple and delicious!

"Haricot Vert" is a French term that translates to "green bean," - the star of our second salad, which is named (can you guess?!) Haricot Vert Salad.
Fresh green beans are blanched to crisp tender perfection then tossed with sea salt, white balsamic vinaigrette, mushrooms, walnuts, and gorgonzola. Make it a complete meal when you top it with grilled salmon (pictured) or grilled chicken!
