Vegetarian Singapore Noodles.
Like a cross between curry and pad thai, this delicious vegetarian version of the dish is comprised of stir-fried onion, red pepper, peas, garlic, mushrooms, zucchini, summer squash, carrots, and organic tofu tossed with gluten free brown rice vermicelli noodles in a tangy, sweet, and spicy sauce.

Our Salmon Oscar features a deliciously grilled Maine salmon topped with Maine Rock Crab, bearnaise sauce, and served with grilled asparagus and wild mushroom & spring pea risotto.
