Baby arugula, local cabbages, toasted edamame, mango, avocado, cucumber, scallions, jalapenos, forbidden black rice, crushed peanuts, sweet ginger soy vinaigrette 

Grilled Swordfish
Fresh centercut loin, citrus herb marinade, eggplant-olive caponata, pomegranate molasses, roasted corn croquettes
 
Local Grass-Fed Ribeye Steak
All natural, local, grass-fed ribeye steak, charbroiled with a southwest spice rub, topped with sauteed onions and shishito peppers, and served with grilled Meixcan-style corn on the cobb and rosemary mashed potatoes

Lobster Gnocchi
Potato gnocchi, Maine lobster claw and knuckle, cream, peas, leeks, minto pesto and pecorino romano

Local Lamb & Eggplant Moussaka
Layered Greek casserole with a rich tomato and local spiced lamb filling, sliced Yukon gold potatoes and yams and sauteed eggplant, served with fingerling potato salad

Our favorite vegetarian sandwich - a baguette spread with curry mayo topped with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onion, and provolone cheese and baked
Baked Stuffed Chicken Breast
Boneless chicken breast stuffed with our sage stuffing baked and served with mashed potato and today's vegetable

House made Navajo fry bread, local taco beef, beans, shredded Vermont cheddar, shredded lettuce, tomato, onions, and sour cream

Two slices of Eric's fresh bread dipped in our rich custard stuffed with house made blueberry filling, then baked and crowned with whipped cream and fresh Maine blueberries

Breakfast Crepes
Dona's crepes stuffed with ham, spinach, scrambled eggs, and cheddar and topped with hollandaise. Served with home fries and toast

Homestead Breakfast Bowl
