Fresh shishito peppers pan fried in olive oil and finished with smoked sea salt and a squeeze of fresh lemon
 
Local Chicken Ballotine 
All natural boneless chicken leg quarter stuffed with local sausage, mushrooms, and pistachios, wrapped with pancetta and roasted. Served with local mushroom demiglace, roasted fingerling potatoes, and pea shoot and watermelon radish salad 

Shrimp on the Barbie 
Shrimp, pineapple, shishito peppers, and hickory smoked pork belly skewered and barbecued, served over forbidden black rice with house pear kimchi and sugar snap peas
 
House Made Mushroom Agnolotti 
House made agnolotti pasta stuffed with smoked ricotta and local mushrooms in a truffle cream sauce with caramelized fennel and lacinato kale topped with rosemary focaccia crumbs 

Pollo Arrosto 
All natural, local statler style chicken breast marinated in garlic, lemon and rosemary and roasted, served with Parmesan potato gratin and grilled summer vegetables 

Smoked Duck Jambalaya
House smoked duck leg, andouille sausage, pork tasso, bell peppers, onion, celery, shishito peppers, tomatoes, creole spices and organic brown rice

Lobster Gnocchi 
Potato gnocchi, Maine lobster claw and knuckle, cream, peas, leeks, mint pesto and pecorino romano

Ground beef and chucks of beef with slow simmered tomatoes, celery, green pepper onions, cumin, herbs, and a touch of cayenne - garnished with onion, sour cream and cheddar

Indian Tacos 
House made Navajo fry bread, local ground lamb or local ground beef, pinto beans, shredded Vermont cheddar, shredded lettuce, tomato, onions, pickled jalapenos, and sour cream

Heirloom Tomato Salad

Heirloom Tomato & Burrata Toast
Thick cut multi-grain toast topped with burrata cheese, marinated heirloom tomatoes, with fresh herbs and sea salt. Served with two eggs and a sprinkle of Parmesan

Market Skillet Hash
Two eggs any style atop home fries, mushrooms, zucchini, shallots, red peppers, baby spinach, and cheddar. Served with multi-grain toast
