Crispy Beef appetizer

We are excited to present you with two new appetizers this week! Our Crispy Beef is panko breaded local beef tenderloin that gets pan fried, then sliced, and then the slices get fried again to make this deliciously crispy appetizer.  It's served with gochujang-unagi sauce, sesame seeds, julienned greed apple, fried leeks and cilantro. If you like spicy, crispy, delicious beef slices... this is for you!

Smoked Chicken Wings

Then there's the amazing Smoked Chicken Wings. Why are they amazing? Well, it starts with local Pine Tree Poultry chicken wings which get brined overnight in a juniper brine, they're then smoked right here, deep fried to order, and finally smothered in a most delicious Alabama white BBQ sauce.  White BBQ sauce?! You read that right. It's a superb, tangy sauce made with mayo, dijon and spicy brown mustards, vinegar, and horseradish. That, combined with the smokey flavor, make these wings truly memorable and a must-try! The Crispy Beef is already available, and the Smoked Chicken wings will be available sometime this coming week.
