Have you ever looked at a Nicoise salad and thought it would be a great idea to put it in a sandwich?
Honestly, that thought never really crossed our minds. But the French thought about it. And, boy, aren't we glad they did, because it turns out to be quite the sandwich!

Think Nicoise salad meets picnic sandwich... tuna salad taken to the next level with olive oil, capers, olives, and red onion, then pressed in our fresh baguette with lettuce, sliced tomato, and hardboiled egg.

It's our Tuna Pan Bagnat, and it's one of our new Summer Lunch Specials!

Speaking of salads-turned-sandwiches and of our new menu, we have this gorgeous Curried Chicken Salad on our new Summer Lunch Specials Menu, which you can order as either a salad or a wrap!

With celery, green apples, golden raisins, and walnuts, served either in a wrap or atop a mixed greens salad with tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers and Vermont goat cheese.
