Our new chef, Jeremy Donovan

Most recently of the Boothbay Harbor Country Club and 76 Pleasant Street in Norway, Maine, Chef Jeremy comes to us with an extensive repertoire and accolades for all of his fine food. We are pleased he will be leading our team here, at The Homestead.

Chef Jeremy's seasonal menus and specials will highlight local, sustainable ingredients, whenever available. Combining his passion for creative, eclectic cuisine, and innovative techniques, he creates flavors that reflect the changing seasons. His expertise is in many different types of cuisine, with focus on vibrantly colorful, aromatic ingredients, different textures, and temperatures to express his artistic passion for food.
