Mushroom Brie Melt
Balsamic roasted baby bellas and lily mushrooms, onion jam, brie, and fontina cheese on grilled ciabatta
Crispy Fried Calamari
Breaded calamari, served over mixed greens, and topped with tamarind-chili sauce, julienned mango, jicama, carrots & crushed peanuts
Steak au Poivre
Porcini dusted beef medallions, cracked pink peppercorns, cognac cream sauce, served with smashed Yukon gold potato
