Roasted spaghetti squash stuffed with pancetta, peas, cream, pecorino romano

Roasted Duck
Roast duck leg confit, sweet potato croquettes, crumbled gorgonzola, candied figs, cider reduction

Jerk Salmon
Fresh Maine salmon marinated in Jamaican jerk rub, and served with pineapple sticky rice, jalapeno mango salsa, and crispy yuca cakes 
 
Tortellini with Short Rib Ragu
Chianti braised short ribs, porcini mushrooms, pancetta, peas, and cipollini onions over ricotta tortelloni, finished with shaved pecorino

Local Strip Steak
Charbroiled all natural, grass fed local strip steak, pan roasted wild hen-of-the-woods mushrooms, lemons, thyme, fingerling potatoes

Cider-Glazed Pork Belly with Pumpkin Gnocchi
Braised local pork belly, pumpkin gnocchi, brown butter, sage, hazlenuts

Wild Mushroom Tagliatelle
Wild hen-of-the-woods mushrooms, butter, thyme, lemon with house-made taglitelle pasta, finished with parsley and pecorino cheese

Heirloom Tomato Tart
Juicy Porter Hill Farm heirloom tomatoes and creamy basil ricotta in a crisp pastry crust
Chicken Mole
Boneless chicken thighs slow simmered with spices and dark chocolate to make a rich Mexican sauce called mole - a delicious meal served over rice with cilantro, grilled corn and poblano chilies

Cranberry Apple Pecan  Salad
Mixed greens tossed with our Maine maple-chipotle dressing and topped with chopped Paula Red apples, crumbled gorgonzola, and candied pecans 

Capicola and Provolone Panino
Hot capicola, sliced provolone, arugula, and roasted red pepper pesto, pressed and grilled on fresh baked ciabatta

Our three egg scramble with onions, tomatoes, and feta cheese served with home fries and toast

Monte Cresto
Ham, turkey, and swiss sandwich dipped in our cinnamon egg custard grilled until golden and served with maple syrup

Mac Benedict 
Our skillet mac and cheese topped with Canadian bacon, eggs, and hollandaise served with toasted English muffins

Italian Omelette
Three egg omelette with sun-dried tomatoes, onions, mozzarella, Parmesan and basil

Cinnamon Hazelnut Pancakes
Hazelnut adds a touch of healthy to the pancakes served with butter and syrup
