A fresh and tasty option off our Dinner Specials Menu, there's not too much to say about Maine Salmon Roasted on Cedar. Or, well, there is much that could be said, but no words could this simple and amazingly flavorful dish much justice.
You'll just have to come try it for yourself. Trust us, you'll be glad you did!

Our other salmon dinner entree is Salmon Laurie, a classic Homestead dish! A fresh Maine salmon filet covered in tarragon-caper cream sauce, served atop a bed of wonderfully creamy, delicious spinach risotto... it's no wonder this dish has been on our dinner menu for 15 years!
If you have not yet had the pleasure of having this dish, well, you should absolutely give it a try next time you're around here!
